1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Cals Diagnostic Auto Repair ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. Diagnostic Fees

Cars: $130
Trucks & Large SUVs: $150

This fee covers vehicle inspection and issue diagnosis. It is non-refundable and does not apply toward the cost of repairs unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Estimates and Authorization

All repair work is estimated and requires your approval before commencement. Estimates are valid for 14 days. Authorization may be given in-person, via phone, email, or text.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and Wix-enabled online payments.
Returned checks incur a $30 fee. Vehicles left unpaid for more than 7 business days incur a $25/day storage fee.

5. Limited Warranty

We offer a 6-month or 6,000-mile limited warranty (whichever comes first) on eligible labor and new parts provided and installed by Cal’s Diagnostic Auto Repair.

Exclusions include:

Customer-supplied parts
Maintenance items (brakes, filters, fluids, etc.)
Used/refurbished parts
Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Warranty claims require the original invoice and must be made within the warranty period.

6. Personal Belongings Disclaimer

Cal’s Diagnostic Auto Repair is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. This includes:

Electronics
Cash, jewelry, or other valuables
Tools, documents, or accessories

Please remove all valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

7. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles not picked up within 7 business days of service completion incur a $25/day storage fee.
After 30 calendar days, vehicles may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to initiate lien or title transfer procedures per Pennsylvania law.

8. Loyalty Program Terms

Our Loyalty Program rewards repeat customers with special offers and service discounts.

Enrollment is automatic with qualifying visits
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value
Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time

9. Cal’s Car Care Membership Terms

Cal’s Car Care Program offers maintenance benefits under three subscription tiers:

Membership Plans:

Basic Plan – $9.99/month
Standard Plan – $19.99/month
Premium Plan – $29.99/month

Terms:

Active membership required to redeem benefits
Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable
Benefits apply only to registered vehicles and cannot be transferred
Abuse or misuse of the membership may result in termination
Program benefits do not cover diagnostics, collision repair, or major overhauls
Plan terms may be updated; notice will be posted on our website

10. Towing and Third-Party Services

Towing services are provided by independent contractors. Cals is not liable for delays or damages during transport. Customers are responsible for towing charges unless otherwise included in a promotion or membership benefit.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or unrelated vehicle failures
Manufacturer defects or recalls
Unauthorized third-party work
Losses due to delays, part shortages, or natural disasters
Incidental or consequential damages

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your agreement to the latest version.
